Adult Climbing Classes

Have you used the auto-belays? Ready to take the next step? The Top Rope class is for you!

This one-hour course will teach you everything you need to know to use a harness, tie-in, and belay (catch, hold, and lower the climber) at HSCC.

There are no prerequisites for this fun and informative class. Come prepared to learn a lot and do some climbing!

Learn to lead climb and lead belay. This two-session course will give you the skills you need to lead climb at High Steppe.

The first session will focus on the fundamentals, and the second session will refine these skills and give participants lots of time to practice.
